Getting Started

  1. Prepare your template — use a Word .docx file with placeholders like {{name}}, {{amount}}, {{date}}.
  2. Prepare your CSV — include columns matching your placeholders (e.g., name,amount,date).
  3. Upload both on the Dashboard.
  4. Pick output (PDF or DOCX) and click Generate.
  5. Download results from Your Jobs when complete.

Tip: Start with a tiny CSV (2–3 rows) to validate your template before running a large batch.

What file types are supported?

Templates: .docx. Data: .csv. Output: PDF or DOCX.

How are credits consumed?

Each generated output typically consumes 1 credit per row. Larger outputs or premium features may vary based on your plan.

How long are my files stored?

Jobs and outputs are retained for a limited time for re-download. For sensitive data, download promptly and delete files when you no longer need them.

My job is stuck in processing

Small jobs usually finish within a few minutes. If it stays stuck, try smaller batches, validate your placeholders, or contact support below with your job ID.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes—visit Profile for your plan and credits, and the billing portal to manage payment methods and invoices.
